The Birmingham Public Libary is offering a variety of Pompeii topics to fill your lunch hour during its popular annual Brown Bag Series. Don't forget to check out a selection from the Pompeii Reading List while you're there!

Vulcan Park offers a lecture by Birmingham Southern College Assistant Professor of Art History Tim Smith, PhD, who will discuss Roman mythology as it relates to the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius and the people of Pompeii.
